The annual licence runs — student & counselor onboarding, scheduled mentoring, periodic reports, year-end review.
What institutions usually ask
Do we have to take all three Hubs?
No. The licence includes all three, but a school can prioritise one track (e.g. Persiapan Studi for grade 12) in the mentoring schedule.
Does IEGS guarantee admission or scholarships?
No — IEGS provides mentoring and measurable readiness (readiness scores), not guaranteed outcomes.
Can it follow our academic calendar?
Yes. Mentor sessions, document clinics, and parent sessions are scheduled together with the institution.
What is the counselor's role?
Counselors are the main partner: they receive per-student dashboards & reports and help decide each student's follow-up.
What about students who can't afford the overseas track?
Financing via Koperasi Talenta Nusantara (repay after placement) and Kalayudha Foundation fellowships.
