About IEGS

Why we exist

Every year, thousands of Indonesians go abroad to work or study — and thousands more fail along the way: scammed by brokers, on the wrong route, or departing unprepared and vulnerable.

IEGS was built to cut that problem at its root: preparation. We map your readiness, close language and skill gaps, then connect you to official routes — licensed agencies (P3MI/LPK), government schemes, and scholarships. We prepare and connect; we are not a placement agency, and we never charge candidates placement fees.

Holds a Doctorate in Management from SBM ITB and serves as Executive Director of the Kalayudha Foundation. Over a decade of leadership across education, corporates, and social enterprise — ParagonCorp, Pemimpin.id, and FBN Indonesia. At IEGS, Adit keeps the institution disciplined and well-governed.

Agung Adhityawarman

Co-Founder

MURI record · 21-province WISH Festival

A scholarship-movement builder since 2010 — co-founded the Indonesia Scholarship Center and initiated the WISH Festival, a 21-province scholarship roadshow that earned a MURI national record. Previously with Schoters by Ruangguru and sekolah.mu. At IEGS, Agung opens the network: schools, government, embassies, and scholarship communities.

IEGS is operated by PT Livewell Indonesia Maju and backed by two main supporting partners: Kalayudha Impact (Kalayudha Foundation) — including the Talent Waqf scheme that funds underprivileged candidates — and the Indonesia Scholarship Center (ISC), the mover of Indonesia's scholarship network. Programs are delivered with licensed training institutions, associations, and agencies.
