Why we exist
Every year, thousands of Indonesians go abroad to work or study — and thousands more fail along the way: scammed by brokers, on the wrong route, or departing unprepared and vulnerable.
IEGS was built to cut that problem at its root: preparation. We map your readiness, close language and skill gaps, then connect you to official routes — licensed agencies (P3MI/LPK), government schemes, and scholarships. We prepare and connect; we are not a placement agency, and we never charge candidates placement fees.
The platform was born from its founders' long experience running training and partnerships in the Makara UI Academy (Universitas Indonesia) ecosystem — from language classes and competency certification to job placement — backed by governance from the Kalayudha ecosystem.
Three things we hold to
Legal or not at all
Official routes only: licensed agencies, government schemes (G-to-G, SSW, Ausbildung, etc.), and verified scholarships. Candidates never pay placement fees.
Preparation before departure
Assessment, language & cross-cultural curriculum, and a Global Readiness Score — so you leave because you're ready, not desperate.
Transparent & candidate-first
Every figure on this site is indicative, dated, and linked to official sources. If anyone promises a paid 'fast lane' worth tens of millions — report it to us.

A practitioner in education and career training who leads operations at Makara UI Academy (Universitas Indonesia). Experienced in designing and running language training, competency certification, and work-readiness programs — from the classroom to placement. At IEGS, Ridwan builds the program engine: readiness curricula, standards-based certification, and the bridge from the classroom to the world of work.

A partnership practitioner who builds industry and institutional networks at Makara UI Academy (Universitas Indonesia). At IEGS, Didi owns the partnership door: schools, licensed placement agencies, and destination institutions — making sure every candidate is connected only to legal, verified parties.
