Quality + work/PR pathways — but 2025/26 rules tightened

Canada is known for quality, safety, multiculturalism, and post-study work-to-PR pathways. Note: through 2024–2026 policy tightened — a study-permit cap, higher proof of funds, and changing PGWP rules — so plan against the latest official info.

7Common Questions

Are work & PR pathways still there after graduation?

Yes (PGWP), but eligibility rules shifted in 2025/2026 — some programs face field-of-study limits, while bachelor's/master's/PhD generally stay eligible. Always check the latest on Canada.ca.

What's the study-permit cap?

Since 2024 Canada caps annual international study permits, making it more competitive. Master's/PhD students at public DLIs are now exempt from the PAL/TAL requirement (from Jan 2026).
